In general never sand blast Aluminum parts before
shipping them, we do all the stripping with Aluminum safe strippers.
In the case of brake and clutch reservoirs please be
aware that the window may get itched and discolored, we have not seen any
case of leakage yet , We have had customers who successfully removed the
window frame prior to plating by pushing it out, from inside. although we
wouldn’t recommend. ( you can’t buy just the window frame)
In the case of Final drive (gear case) please take the
main bearing out , if you can’t pull out the smaller roller bearing we have
to silicon mask it here.
